2001 Freelander

I have a black 3 door 1.8 petrol X plate freelander for sale it has 4 months mot and 3 months tax the hand brake cable is fecked it has a slight crunch when you put it in reverse it has 4 nearly new tyres on it the head gasket and timing belt have been replaced i'm in edinburgh.

Is it the K series engine? and does it have the hydrolic clutch?

i wouldn't know mate but i'll find out if your interested.

 

 

If its the hydrolic clutch its around £140 for the master cylinder to be fixed, if its the clutch its around £450 to be fixed, thats why I'm asking :thumbs:

i couldn't give you an honest answer mate i know feck all about motors.

aye its the rover engine in it and yes its hydraulic, to be honest i would try bleeding the clutch first of all before replacing clutch kit its an iternmittant crunch not there all the time which makes me think that once it builds up pressure and moves the air elsewhere its fine, also had new discs and pads last year,
