Hi all.

 

Went to the range again this morning, for a bit of fun with the Cannon and the Bitch.

Bit overcast but warm and dry, not a breath of wind down the range.

Humped the kit down and started to get ready to shoot, had the flask with me so desided to have a cup of tea.

 

It was so quiet, realy peaceful, but a few Midges

 

Walking froward to put out a target, not gone more than 10 paces, when up ahead out pop's a bunny didnt have the rifle to hand, bunny was a fair way up.

So I stood there looking at it, for a minute, then it nipped back into the bank.

 

Right I thought......the little begger will be back out soon.

So I walked back, picked up the Bitch, turned around, and the little sod is out again.

 

Lazed him at 71yds.....started to walk slowly up the edge of the range, the bunny was happily nibbling away all the time, range finder out again, I was at 44yds, thatll do I thought.

 

Slowly got down to kneeling, got the bunny in my sights, and squeezed the shot off.

 

Being in a hollow, the crack as the pellet hit home was very nice

Bunny went down, stretched its back leg's, and that was that.

Most are done for you Davy just need to pick up some more blanks tomorrow, then they will be in the post for you

 

One is a pain though, really got me foxed that one, used every tool in my arsenal.

But the disk appears to be severely damaged.
