del-gue 0
I have zero on .17hmr at 50m as most of what I go for is about that distance. What is the approx hold over for 100m with this round? Thoughts anybody? Quote Link to post

danebrewer10 6
have it zeroed at 100m, then the round is only about 1/2 an inch high at 50 or 70m, and you can shoot without any appreciable hold oiver out to 120m or so, I have mine zerord at 100m and don't worry about holding over or under, just bear in mind that such a tiny bullet will be blown off course fairly easily, though not as easily as you may be led to believe as I have found out. Colster 1
I do mine at 42yards, nice and easy to see where you've hit without walking backwards and forwards to the target, this is the primary zero and puts it back on again at 120yards. To be honest, it's so flat between the two points I don't bother holding under as such. Around the 75-85yard mark I might just come under by half an inch or so, then from about 140yards+, I need to start working out my holdover. Quote Link to post
