davyt63 1,845
I forget im out of pellets regularly especially if theres been a lull in the action. I thought those rats were not bothered at all by people untill i realized its NV.very clear footage How many were shot between you all? hi pionter hws you buddy? si had a few the night before, and i think we had about 15 that night.si had about 30 last night, and im up there again wednesday night! so will have two mags loaded and ready to go before i press record will try and gets some pics next time regards davy Im good Davy,i havent been doing much shooting as i havent had a motor for a few weeks and all my mates except for half and half are only into hunting with dogs or fishing.Ive got to admit that whilst i still like shooting rats im not as keen to go now.We did quite a lot of it last year and as with everything it can lose its buzz and then i go looking for something else to do.This summer its been fishing and out with minkhounds plus dabbling with a shotgun. Ive always been the same looking for something new to try out,it ends up expensive though buying new kit all the time for my newest fad keep the ratting posts coming though,it might inspire me to put the crosshairs on a few rats in the near future hi pionter will do buddy i do enjoy your posts though regards davy 1 Quote Link to post

Phantom 631
I enjoyed that as much this time as I did at your place. Great shooting, I still cant get over the 1st one and that dive of death it performs. Awsome SPA Phantom Quote Link to post
matt_hooks 188
Like the magnet idea, shame lead is non-magnetic. Maybe we could make some special steel pellets for that purpose? Good shooting, I'm going to have to have a go at fixing my video cam on to my scope now, then find some rolands to bowl over! Quote Link to post

zini 1,939
Hi Davy, A SP from me mate for pure marksmenship I was there watching you shoot them on your shoulder buddy but i still enjoyed that footage like i had never seen it before Me and Sergej didnt go in the farm bit last night as Mark was ill but still managed 3 big fat ones from the fence line mate. They were trying to hide under a pallet Mr r10 was well on form buddy dealing out the 16 grains and hitting its mark every time Ive spoken to Mark and he is looking forward to Wed when you come up again buddy. We are going tonight as well mate to knock a good 20 off with Mark, Sergej loves it and has now shot loads of rats and 3 rabbits. Its his birthday at the end of this month so ive given him a rifle and a scope. Hes over the moon. You should see that NV rifle scope of Marks mate it rocks. I had a go with it and just kept knocking the rats head off with Marks HW97K. For every 1 shot me and Sergej were taking Mark was taking 5 shots. Here are a few photos pal from my exploits and 1 of Sergej from your permission the other day pal. Si 1 Quote Link to post
