a bit of rat scopecam shooting

hi every one

here is some rat shooting i done over at mark vining's pig farm a couple of weeks back,

si,rekowski,mark,and me.had a go at clearing some of the rats and i managed to get some footage on the scopecam on NV mode with my cluelite cb62 fitted with an IR filter.hope you enjoy?

 

 

 

and we are meeting up again wednesday evening for another go, before si goes back to germany.

 

i should of shot 10 out of ten but forgot to reload the mag after doing some earlier shooting DOH!!

nice shooting mate went shooting on one of the pig farms i work on last night with my new tx 200hc and couldnt hit anything for toffee, back to the targets i think

Get filming davy63 that was worth watching just next time make it longer ive got the hw100 and i do a few rats with it so i will have to try and set up a cam and see what i can come up with lol

I forget im out of pellets regularly especially if theres been a lull in the action.

I thought those rats were not bothered at all by people untill i realized its NV.very clear footage

How many were shot between you all?

si had a few the night before,and i think we had about 15 that night.si had about 30 last night,and im up there again wednesday night! so will have two mags loaded and ready to go before i press record will try and gets some pics next time

Im good Davy,i havent been doing much shooting as i havent had a motor for a few weeks and all my mates except for half and half are only into hunting with dogs or fishing.Ive got to admit that whilst i still like shooting rats im not as keen to go now.We did quite a lot of it last year and as with everything it can lose its buzz and then i go looking for something else to do.This summer its been fishing and out with minkhounds plus dabbling with a shotgun.

Ive always been the same looking for something new to try out,it ends up expensive though buying new kit all the time for my newest fad

keep the ratting posts coming though,it might inspire me to put the crosshairs on a few rats in the near future
