Grinning like a Cheshire Moggy with 2

Recommended Posts

A neighbour from across the road just called round. this is the lady that bought my new M1 scope for me after I did some work on her computer for her

Her son in a village a few miles away has a massive Bunny problem, thats getting way out of hand now and is encroaching onto his garden and lawns. Now if they are doing the same to his as they are doing to the old ladies lawn in the next village then the damage is going to be horrendous.

He wants me to go down and thin the numbers out a bit to a more reasonable/managable level.

This looks like it won't be a total erradication job, just purely a control the numbers job.

The good thing for me is I know this particular village holds tousands of Tree Rats :boogie: so a few of their numbers may drop as well

I got back from a recce of the new permission earlier this evening :boogie:

I saw 4 rather large Rats at the far end of the garden; one of the locals keeps chickens!

Saw 7 Squizzers, couldn't count up the Woodies in the trees in the garden!

The owner is going to set her alarm early and also have a look out late to see if she can see how many bunnies she can actually count. So far someone said that when they had a BBQ last week he counted 12 in broad daylight.

The back lawn is a little over 40 yards by 30 yards and that doesn't include the patio area or decking area.

Lots of places to snipe from :gunsmilie:

Thick Fences from the edges seperating their garden from the neighbours and a huge field behind the garden.

The old man next door aparently has tried to bag a few with a gun (not sure what sort, but apparently it's exceptionally loud :hmm: )

Speaking to the owner of the house she asked if I would mind shooting the Squirrels because they are beginning to damage parts of the house and she has also had to stop feeding the birds because the birds don't get a look in.

The squirrels will apparently get very agressive and attack or chase the bird if one dares land on any of the feeders?

Can't wait to get started :gunsmilie:

Cajun Squirrel. DAMN we still not got a Drool icon yet?

Hi Tony,

That sounds like that permission could be a good permission to film some of the new DVD (The Vermin Sniper) at Christmas when i come up to see you :whistling:
