stiggy 6 Posted July 31, 2010 Report Share Posted July 31, 2010 i have a hw 35 that i have had since i was kid, i also have a newish tx 200 hc, just wondering what length i can trim the ultra ultra long barrel to so its more like a hc? read somewhere that they can be cut down to 12 inches with no issues?? cheers Quote Link to post
Edgar 1 Posted August 1, 2010 Report Share Posted August 1, 2010 I would leave it, people make too much fuss about barrel length and I can't see the need to cut down such a nice rifle. If you must do it get a good gun smith to do it so it gets properly re-crowned or accuracy will suffer, it may anyway as you will loose the choke. Quote Link to post
