Full moon ferreting

Was wondering if anyone had ever been out ferreting by the light of a full moon ,???

wouldnt all the rabbits be out feeding though never heard of doing it but it sounds fun

yes used to do it on the estate not too far from me and any where else that would'nt let us on in the daytime good fun can be a bit spooky at times aswell, would'nt fancy doing it in a grave yard though

iv done it a couple times on a small warren out on the 18th hole of a local golf course i have permission on,the rest can be done during the day without getting in the way of the golfers,quite enjoyed it, something a little bit different

Its o.k for warrens out in the open in paddocks or such as the dales but can be a nightmare were theirs cover or thick hedgerows.

I've heard of it and may be tempted to have a go come winter, I'd have to put flashing L.E.D's on my Ferrets so i knew where they were!! haha

A nice topic about ferreting rather than, I think my ferrets dying should I go to the vets , or, what's wrong with my ferret it's not moving or breathing lol
