Kennel Bedding

Recommended Posts

Vetbed ( profleece is currently the best type on the market) 5m roll for approx £100 and it will last you years as mine has

it dosnt blow away

any condensation soaks to the bottom leaving the top layer dry

you can boil wash it every few days and it still lasts for years

antichewable (profleece is)

holds less bacteria than any other bedding

drys in a half hour

after trying all bedding this is my personal choice and always go back to this, hope that helps oh and theres a factory at glossop in manchester

i used to have a dog, dint matter what you put in it was happy just sleepin on the ground :icon_eek:

Yep, my dads border collies always slept in a blue barrel with nothing else...

The lurchers now, sleep on a cushion i had made, as everything else i got was not rip proof!! I rap the cushion in a quilt and blanket, then simply throw it away...

my collies are like that too, they insist on sleeping either out in the open or on the doorstep! they never bother with the fancy kennel i got them.

the terriers are now bedded down on a couple of old rugs with old sofa cushions on top, got rid of all the nasty old straw as it causes too many problems. lurcher pups are in an old terrier kennel + run with a sofa cushion to sleep on + my old terrier bitch sleeps in my bed from time to time;-pictured :icon_redface: lol

Charity shop bags poacher, that's classic!

I'm fkd if I'm paying £100 for a pro fleece bed when all she will do is dig it apart in a few days. I currently use old sofa cushions which last a while but is there anything else to try as they make a right mess when they split.

What's the deal with straw, it don't look very comfy to me and what's the best to get? Ta ad.

fair enough £100 inatial outlay thats going to last for years, if you buy a bale of cloth every month for a tenner a bale ...whats that work out at?, i have bull breeds and none of them bother ripping em up,try giving the dog summat to chew on like a bone, wondered why i keep seeing settes tipped without the cushions :whistling: just kidding mate
