Hi all, just curious as to what everyone uses for their kennel bedding?

i use old quilts covered with waterproof covering as it's easy to clean then just put an old cover over that

i use bean bags and old throw overs in them plastic dog beds

Always used wheat straw for my old spaniel.

I use shreded jay cloth or wood shavings.

i used a bean bag what a mistake that was.the dog decided to rip it open all over the garden and the neighbours gardens now i just use a thick dog blanket fom the pet shop

tried bean bags....my guard dog at the time destroyed them + they are a nightmare to sweep up, tryed straw but it seems to harbour a lot of parasites which is a nuisance, tryed equine woodshavings, but they get every where!

 

back to the drawing board for me!

 

thinking of going with old sofa cushions....

I use shreaded cardboard, its warm and comfy for the dogs, cheap and isnt bad for getting everywhere! Its meant for Horses but is ideal for dogs.

Shredded cloth for me too, keeps a good heat in once the dog gets settled down on it.
