ScottChimbur 0
id start feeding it rabbit or any raw meat mines is a 11weeks old put the rabbit down to it and let it shake it about with the neck so it gets into it type thing then just cut the meat up the thing is with kits the dont no when to stop eatin lol i wouldnt put a full rabbit in miby just give it a leg a day mate that should do it.and a wouldnt take it out ferrting the now make sure u dont just feed it rabbit give it other things like birds chicken all diffrent things not just rabbit cause it hunts rabbits dont mean thats the best food make sure you feed the ferret raw stuff. theferreter 311
your kits should be eating rabbit from 3 weeks old not starting to eat them nie dont start working your young till about 7 months old and work them with an expierenced ferret dont be expecting to much from your young ferrets in there first season Quote Link to post

Ideation 8,216
Aye give them some tubes to run through and get them used to being picked up and put down at the mouth of the tubes and handled in general. Quote Link to post
stubby 175
give them some tubes to play in by all means, but no need to make an "artificial warren" as they dont know its a warren, lol Quote Link to post
