Phantom 631
Not going to get many pix of air pistol hunting on here, well not from decent hunters anyways. Air pistols in the UK are limited to half the power of a max legal power non FAC rifle. Most air pistols are not accurate enough and most only put out less than 3ft/lbs. Sure some of us use them for finishing off a less than perfect shot, but I'd say 99.99% would only use rifles for hunting. Phantom Quote Link to post
andyfr1968 772
Hey, lads. You may not get too many replys to this as an air pistol's not really the best tool for hunting. Not enough power and hard to shoot accurately. Since 'Timelord' and his fantastic Benjamin's been abcent for a while, the pistol/hunting front's gone a bit cold...... Not the best tool unless you're VERY close, VERY accurate and know exactly where to hit what you're shooting at. Cheers. Edit... Best not done really. They're OK for killing pests in traps but not much else. Edited July 21, 2010 by andyfr1968 Quote Link to post
