the fezz 44 Posted July 22, 2010 Report Share Posted July 22, 2010 alright all , iam looking for some help , tips . bought a blitz end of last year and the filter is a right pain in the rear to take of and put back on ive cut off the clips to make it easy but its still a pain , so any tips would be great as the seasons not far off now and iam not looking forward to fighting with a filter every time i slip the dog atb Fezz Quote Link to post
chink07 0 Posted July 23, 2010 Report Share Posted July 23, 2010 anyone alright mate i use a striker and had the same trouble so decided to use an amber filter and just run the dog with the filter on dos'nt seem to bother the dog and dos'nt loose much of the beam works for me cheers yours in sport chink. paul welsh 2 Posted July 24, 2010 Report Share Posted July 24, 2010 the filter should have 3 clips to hold it on (before you cut them off) i cut 2 of them off and leave 1 on. i then heat this one up and then bend it up and use this for a handle to quickly pull the filter away from lamp.
