It's a funny thing that although the vast majority of the Irish breeds of terriers (the Wheaten, the Kerry and the Irish. I've never heard of Glens used in lurcher breeding.) are curs when used for a lurcher cross they can be usefull.

I've seen 2 good Kerry Blue crosses and at the end of the day the Kerry is just a rough and ready cur.

A friend of mine has a bitch that aparantly has glen of imal in the breeding. deerhound/greyhound/glen is the way the dogs bred, supposedly...

How many of ye have Kerry-blue in your line, over heard two lads chatting at a fair and one of them had the above breed in his line.

What does this breed add to the lurcher? :hmm::hmm:

over the years many have tried diferent terrier cross s bedligton was the favorite at one time . the main benifits that a terrier cross adds to the lurcher are nose bite and heart . ill stick to my bull cross they work for me
