need advice

Hi there pretty new to this just need a bit of advice.Someone i know mentioned that a local farm i am shooting on if i use real pigeons for decoys when i have shot them will be better than using plastic ones.I just thought i would ask the question on here as you people may have a bit of knowledge on the subject. Any help will do as soon as i shoot 1 they seem to all spook and not come back.

What I do is start of with ten plastic pigeons placed in a feeding pattern, then as I shoot more I incorportate them into the pattern to make the flock look bigger

Face the decoys into the wind direction too, or just oblique, a couple facing out dosnt hurt.
