lilpip1234 62 Posted July 19, 2010 Report Share Posted July 19, 2010 since my jill had kits about 9-10 weeks ago been holding to back for a lad i know, been saying for a while he wanted to get into ferreting so i said id give him two hobs and some stuff for nothing, comes to the day he's spose to have them so i drop them up his place with hutch and everything he needed to get started. Get a message then from another lad saying the cheeky b*****d had dumped them off in the woods as you can imagine aint impressed going to check tomorrow for sure if what ive heard is true Quote Link to post

I have come across this type before and even supplied a couple I know with two ferrets for pets (yes I know feckin lesson WELL learned), by the time I had rescued the one that was still alive, it had eaten it`s mate and was stuck by the claws to a tennis ball where it had been for a week!!!!. What a state! made me cry actually!! saved that ferret and it went on to be a nice little beast ,,but I have NEVER since given ferrets to anyone I am not 110% sure about as I could barely live with myself about that one.
