Hello to everybody!!!

Well I thought I should stop by and say hi since I'm new here. I saw someone talking about this site on another forum and so I thought I would check it out. I did...I liked what I saw so I stayed!!!

 

I grew up hunting mostly cottontail rabbits and whitetail deer in West Texas in the shadow and on top of the what's known as the Buffalo Gap mountains which is apart of the Callahan Divide. (USA) All the surrounding areas were my playgrounds as a boy growing up. I wore out an entire arsenal of slingshots, bows and arrows, BB and Pellet guns before my parents purchased my first 410 ga. single shot shotgun at age 13 or 14. That lead to a Deer rifle and harvesting my first deer at 15.

I have since taken many deer, more rabbits, dove, quail, and pheasant through out Texas, Oklahoma and California. I love making items and practicing primitive survival skills and blackpowder shooting. I love to fish as well but I guess that's for another forum.

Did you get my reply to your post last week re: What dogs have you got?????????

I am worried you didn't as I got no reply.

I am having trouble working my way around the THF site I'm a technology thicky.

So I have had to wait till I found you replying to someone to contact you. Hope

you don't mind. I'll get there in the end.

I am going to join as a member, but only set up a PayPal account yesterday, so

I have to wait 7 - 10 days to activaite it.

In the meantime I can give you an Email address to get back to me - if that is OK?
