wanderinstar 1
Is it possible to clean used mops, as I have a few that are rather well used. Being a Yorkshire man I don't like the idea of just throwing them out. Ian. Quote Link to post

Similar... but I simply use washing up liquid after each use, obviously rinse well and leave to dry...to much of a pain usually so I tend to forget the mop generally and just use a kitchen roll on the jag through the barrel... wanderinstar 1
Thank you both for the advice. I washed them in 3 changes of water, the water got cleaner each time. I put them on the end of the cleaning rod and rolled it between my hands like when lapping car valves in. Came out reasonably clean. Thanks again. Quote Link to post
