brno17 5 Posted July 20, 2010 Report Share Posted July 20, 2010 only place you need a rod license in Scotland is on the border esk. the beat i fish i know the keeper well and the day salmon rod license costs more than the fkin day ticket !! its double standards though, you have to pay the rod license but they wont let you fish a sunday on the scottish beats atb alan.
