Protecting gamebirds

Went out this mornin with the keeper on a local shoot and at our first earth we found a nice vixen. we had dug here before and i knew it wasn't deep so I asked if i could let my 13 month old lakelandxpat have ago, and within half an hour we had him and the vixen out. We then checked a few other earths but nothing at home. picture below is after the fox had been shot.

ps its easier to just crop an image than put a hole in your face

yes stan it was my first proper working terrier and have got an old patterdale that rats. Thought it would cheer you up kane, thanks for breeding such a cracker in my eyes and hope you are doing ok.
