However, only a few of these were introduced and none of the bloodlines survive today as there are no roe in the area at which they were liberated. This is as far as i am aware. They released the Siberian roe many years ago and there is no roe within 30 miles of where they were released, to th every best of my knowledge. Quote Link to post

But i have been wrong before!! The roe over here, especially the south, are descended from european stock. But today's roe are one hell of a success story! Quote Link to post
