How hard is it to keep coldwater fish? like small carp, roach, perch etc?

Im moving house at the moment but once im done I might look at getting some fish.

easy mate, friend of mine has a 6ft tank with small common and ghost carp in it although obviously they will out grow it in time, a good filter and excellent water quality is the key really

:victory: Thanks for that.

What kind of cost would I be looking at for a decent set up? Say a 3-4 ft tank and a good filter. Is the water quality hard to get right/ keep right?

Many thanks,

HJ

cold water set up,4ft tank and filter, plus your bits and bobs although no need for a heater prob around £150/£200,rough guess lol, also you will need something very sturdy to put it on,heavy as f**k mate,a shop bought one will rape your wallet so hope you got a good strong sideboard at home, water quality is easy to maintain now days lots of products on the market to help you out, although regular, partial water changes is a must imo,
