Country covers have for many years told everyone at their stalls that they would replace any faulty goods without any fuss. When i first aproached them about buying one of there jackets they offered a life time gaurantee, which changed to a ten year which has now changed to a four year. Anyway i have returned a jacket and trousers to them as they leaked from day one and they have just sent me a email saying they haven't got time to do a water test but they will reline them ... .

Don't want to sound like a moaning tosser but it's just yet another shit cloathing company that will not stick to there own gaurantee, these were not cheap either they cost between them around £400.

Ive still to find a company that sticks to its customer care policies mate,Ive had to Involve a trading standards to acieve anything close to a satisfactory outcome with various companies.

 

I would be very interested if anyone has found a company that sells truly waterproof hunting clothing ,Ive heard the nomad stuff comes close but the sealed seams come away and the outer layer of the clothing acts like a sponge and weighs a ton when wet.

 

Any ideas lads?

I bought some discovery seat covers of them a few years ago a the fit was shit so told them about it and they replaced them with a new set but the only problem was they were the same as the first so I fitted them and they split within 2weeks so yet again I sent them back but every time I rang them for a refund they said they were still looking in to it ..after about 4 weeks they refunded my credit card ...... So if anybody is buying from them bewarned you may have problems
