bullet stopper 4 Posted July 14, 2010 Report Share Posted July 14, 2010 ive just bought a collie grey x bull 15 weeks old.the lad down the road who ive always seen with runnin dogs tells me to leave in pen tii at least 5 months old he says it gives it time to grow right? i just want to no if its a load ov bull shit or if its right can any one help. The lad down the road is allways daft! Try and spend as much time with the pup as possible, basics first, Sit - recall - Retrieve. These should be easily done with the breeding of the pup. Don't keep it in the pen 24/7 or it will get frustrated. The more you get it out the more it will bond to you. MRD Quote Link to post
