Hoolit 2
I spoke to a bloke from the farm yesterday he reckons the early wheat prices will be high owing a lot to do with the lack of wheat coming from russia with all the fires etc then later prices should fall a bit,its a gamble waiting for prices to fall I have enough pellets to do me then a ton and a half of wheat left ,then like others i may have to ask for more money for feed, christ that'l go doon well. Keep smiling Hoolit Quote Link to post

hily 379
sorry did'nt read your post properly .But the farm may be contracted to a merchant at that price the current price for feed wheat is £137. this time last rear approx £90 .so if you shop around the few arables you have you may come up with an independent and a good price.for the market price go to www.fwi.co.uk. if you know the market price then it helps when haggling.ps click on prices and trends then markets at a glance hope this helps a.t.b.
