gaz1980 0
Yup we visited over 20 farms through out the day and spoke to numerous people covering both west yorkshire and north yorkshire. After Mickey posted we then visited a few local and nothing. Alot had people already seeing to land or just werent interested. We did have one guy who wanted us to deal with his mole problem using traps but never done that kind of work. The same guy has offered us the odd day here and there in the up and coming months, but said thats all it would be as he didnt want to his regular guy off.. which is fare enough we dont wanna step on anyone elses toes. So today has been a total up and a little sole destroying. Petrol down, time down and nothing to show for it at all!! Moving on We will give it another go in the next week or so!! How do YOU guys get permission? Whats the best way YOU find ? Thanks for reading Atb Gaz

Chriseden 5
Try to get references from land owners where you already hunt, evin get them to ring the people for you. Show respect and try to find common ground. Its the same here in NZ and I am a farmer already
