That black dog has never worked, the owner has said it herself, she is at most shows with the thing and i once asked he if she worked him and she said no he was just bred for showing as his dad was a winner...............Says it all.

i'll tell you why its a day out to meet some new and old faces with genuin dogs, and happy aint the fukin word i was buzzin my tits of that my bitch had a first and no i did not hang around for the overall champ class at the end what eva you call it, to many people take these shows seriouse to me its a day out nothing more nothing less, it putsme of seeing all the pampered shit peraded about the ring as it doe's many good dogging lads.

Show stock is a quote used by lads and lasses that only work their dogs and don't necessarily look after the dogs teeth, nails and coat. smacks of jealously if you ask me. like someone above asked, if you think only working dogs should be at these shows, your hypocritical becuase you've attended. AND to say that you only go along for the crack and to meet friends well glad you all have the money to do this week in week out. The lady who owns the champion has at least, been honest, more than some people.

Yes part of the show brigade, but my dogs are worked in the winter by my husband. Also don't think you can tell that my dogs are pampered, just got a good friend who takes decent photographs and puts them on my signature for me. Typical comments from someone outside the ring looking in if you ask me.

 

Agree with Shushycatcher, you can have dogs that do both - you need to know what you are buying/breeding from the start
