OldNog 432 Posted July 20, 2010 Report Share Posted July 20, 2010 i have a border x parson dog at 13mths and a ped border bitch 11mths.she is just starting to cum keen 2 go 2 ground but the dog was game at 6/7 mths.did a pig farm last week with my [bANNED TEXT] and his black bitch and we got around 120 enoks in 35mins,thought that was ok,the young bitch border (skinny)nailed the most by far-and is quickest by far but black pat seems the most game [bANNED TEXT] just out and about.anyway [bANNED TEXT] long im gna breed my 2.wil b 1/4 parson and 3/4 border-wil i have probs getting rid-any ideas.cheers chaps,im the newbie,ha. JESUS and there lies the problem well why not find a good borderdog then?,there are plenty of terriers about, think about that,before you breed a litter, are you breeding for yourself,or are your mates wanting them,what ever you do there will always be some controversy, read my question again. I enquired about a pup from a litter one of these "top guys" had on not that long ago and was quoted £450 for a bitch puppy I have had WORKING borders round me for well over a decade and i have never charged this kind of money for one and never will. Well I was quoted £550 from a well known border breeder just recently .Working stock I know but thats a lump by anyones pocket;.So there you go just have to keep tight and hope ..Will need some fresh blood soon so just have to travel for the right dog Quote Link to post
