i think the difference is, that as opposed to rabbits that ( as myxy proved,) cannot be destroyed to extinction, in certain areas, hares most definitely can. where i am in kent in most rural parts se

Hares were born to run - longdogs were bred to chase them ! If id been part of that id feel disgusted with myself .

Most times i would never have a go at another mans sport. But that,s overkill.

FTB is a lying, bullshitting, hypocritical little arsehole. I doubt your brother is a keeper & I'm certain if he'd have defied his boss he'd be jobless. I might be wrong but if I am he certainly has an understanding boss. Do you work for the SSPCA in any form?

Nothing. It's his choice and he has his own mind.

He may have lost a load of cash but at least he has his sport.

Dont think theres a lurcher man around likes seeing that, but the fact remains if they came of one farm they were pests.Even before the ban i know places they would rather shoot or even gas pests, than let on a lurcher. No point crying over it just go and find some were you can work your dog.As for the whole "the picture will up set the antis" They always said animals should be shot not run down by "nasty dogs" let the f***ers see, just how devasting the gun is.

Yes Fightthebullshit, I work perm niteshift in engineering. The more I read your posts the more I believe you have something to do with the law. The time your police mates shot 400 hares wasn't around 3 seasons ago was it?

LOL.

You were kidding no one with that one.

You put it here deliberately. Fact.

End of.

Correct me if i`m wrong this is a hunting site where people post topics that are open for debate, isn`t that whats happening :wallbash:

I take it you didn`t read my "brief history" post It is a commercial shoot it only exists to make money, as someone has already said dogmen running all over the land chasing hares through game covers is`nt going to do the business any good with birds scattered all over the place at the end of the day it`s a no brainer a £4 hare or a £38 partridge :hmm:

if we can get the lurcher and or the dogmen on the vermin list the mighty hare will be safe....lol

FTB have you got a problem with the irish you come across as a bigot.
