Phantom 631
Gutted for you Chris, Fill the holes, but not a lot you can do about the dents unless of course you want to sand the butt down till the dents go. Pain in the arse, having dents in the butt maybe thats why she made such a noise Who else calls theirs 'Dent's'? Phantom Quote Link to post

mushroom 13,186
Stop crying it's a work horse aint it For the scratches get some good quality stain and emery cloths (different grades) use the cloths before staining if you need to smooth. Polish after staining. For the dents depending on what wood it is try putting a cloth in boiling water, wring then place over then dent do this a few times it may raise them out Might be wise to wear ya mum's marigolds when wringing boiling water out of a cloth  Shroom Quote Link to post

As long as she keeps dropping bunnies etc, you can put up with a dent or two. Bit like your gloves mate.......its a MAN'S gun now......scar's 'n all ATB. Bill. Quote Link to post
