CarraghsGem 92
probably just an ignorant prik but; i wouldnt like anyone near my animals or offering them food without asking me first- i have heard of dogs being drugged or poisoned by jealous rivals, and i also have a neighbour that stole my pet goat by luring him over the fence with feed, as for giving a dog water- i would be guilty of doing that myself. "Earth!" 503
i suppose its possible the dogs dirty the water by pissing in it so the man restricts when he waters them.. i dont know but considering the runs were clean, the dogs were in good health and looked well cared for plus all the others had water, there may be a reason behind it.
