Not sure how well it works but presumably you can plug in some external speakers click here (a lot of them use the same headphone jack as the one for you headphones on your phone). Same principle as you would use for an ordinary personal mp3 player. The ones which have to operate off their own batteries will give a bit more amplification. Hope this helps.
