Recommended Posts

Good Morning,

I'm due to go on a shoot this morning and have been trying to fill my new pre charge

for the last half hour.

Its an Air Arms Classic S400, not sure what going on but any technical advice anyone could offer

me right about now would really be appreciated.

Thanks for reading :notworthy:

Hello mate,

I'm not a regular PCP user so I can onyl help so much. Have youi ever filled one before or is there something going wrong?

Are you using a tank or pump?

Attach the end into the gun and turn the tank so air is flowing, watchthe pin move to about 170-190 sort of area (I'm being safe) and turn it off.

Are you doing this and its not filling? More peoples advice should follow soon mate but next time you may get help a bit quicker if you put it in the technical section!

Best of luck mate give us a message back and we'll try help further!

Guna try the second bottle, just been talking to someone and they said there might not be enough pressure in the bottle.

I was told it was full, but worth a try with the second one!!

fingers crossed.

hi gaz

try this dry fire the rifle till all the air has gone! you will know when its gone you will here it a slight click and a rush of air, then cock the rifle put the other bottle on and try to fill again ,if it stays at 100 bar and no more then the bottle needs re-filling

can you get some pics up? buddy

i do this when im changing the filling adapter on my AAS410 & a strip down

hope this helps!
