stealthy1 3,964
Nice job that mate! thanks for the ideas just trying to find myself some free wood now The free wood is the hardest part of the project, when you want wood its like rocking horse sh*t, when you dont its heaped up on bonfires on November the 5th Quote Link to post

Jamie m 668
You can get brand new single tear hutches for about £40 in some pet shops round here. But are they built for ferrets ? If a ferret can escape it will and if it can't it will keep trying , Quote Link to post
Hob&Jill 258
Obviously they are not built for ferrets......it dosent have any holes in it and has decent mesh....i know ferrets are good at escaping but ffs they arent that good. Quote Link to post
Jamie m 668
Try telling that to my neighbour from some years ago , who's prize racing pigeon was munched on by an escaped jill of myne , from a poorly built hutch with no holes in it , chicken wire front on it by the way oh and the jill came back courtesy of my neighbour as flat as the spade he smacked it with, them hutches are pants no ofence but after a while the amonia burns that crapy ply wood then a hole apears and the constant wear on the mesh front gradually weakens it if you have a hyper ferret doesn't take long Quote Link to post
