CorkyJohn 808
If there was anyone else with you at the time she spoke to you put a written formal complaint stating that she is victimising you & she clearly stated her hatred for people who use their dogs in pest control. Tell lies if you must & ask for a hearing/investigation with her superiors as you're not happy with the way she's spoken to you & the fact she has involved the RSPCA which has nothing to do with the Council. Don't part with your dogs yet as this could be a long drawn out affair even if you must go to court. Again if she visits you on her own have someone there as your witness & have them complain about her behaviour, worth a shot Quote Link to post

To use it for her own personal reason,s is braking the law.ATB. Catcher. 1 Quote Link to post

zigzag dan 784
A couple of years ago the council came to my house and said someone had reported " a man with 2 greyhounds - actually 2 bullxs- was letting the dogs foul on the paths " . I told him i doubt it as we dont walk them in the streets due to cats etc , end of story . About 3mths ago my lad was on the local field and phones to say 2 men are hiding in the bushes watching him - in hi- vis coats !!!! I went round and asked what the f**k they were doing , they explained there had been another complaint , with that one of my dogs fouls and my lad gets a bag out and gets it up - RESULT !!!! They couldnt apologise enough and told me that the "grass " would be getting a snotty letter of them and that they are not allowed to visit you more than twice without proving the accusation as its classed as harrasment . If in your case the reason is for nuisance dogs as them for evidence of this . Quote Link to post
