Strong Stuff 2,171
Have seen them at loads of Game fairs etc, their gear does look well made. But bugger me it's expensive! http://www.country-covers.com/ Their better range is sold as "Arktis" http://www.arktisltd.co.uk/index1.htm The thing is with it, there are always people around their stall, and they do try the hard sell, but I've never actually met anyone who has got their gear, never mind anyone who recommends it! Are there any millitary lads on here who've used or use Arktis? I'm still kinda fancying a spare wheel cover for my Land Rover, I think I'd quite like the Indian Chief one, they are only £60 A must have for anyone who wants to be verbally abused with cries of "sad wanker" and have stones thrown at them by children. Thanks for that ,a friend has a coat and trousers and so far is well happy but as you say 4 year guarantee or not it is very dear ,just looked at the Arktis site ,product 1057 ,RAPID ENTRY TROUSERS,LOL ,bet they would sell like hot cakes to some on here Quote Link to post
chilli 381
Falkland trousers are spot on ,very durable and hard wearing . Never let me down in rain . The jackets however are not that good in the rain . Design problems with the pockets lets the water in , if they could sort this out then they would be a lot better . Quote Link to post
