theferreter 311
my kits be eating rabbits from 3 weeks old i always gut and skin mine then give them it so your new kits should be well weaned if there 8 weeks and they should be eating dry mix to Quote Link to post
stubby 175
with pigeon, I normally cut the wings off, pluck the breast a little and chuck it in there, with rabbits, I gut them first then in they go you'll probably find its better to SHOOT their tea, rather than SHOUTING IT Quote Link to post

homer 3
Can anyone help me as to where i can get day old chicks to give to my ferret kits? I am in Bucks Thanks Quote Link to post
The one 8,497
Day old chicks are fine now and again try a chicken processor you can get carcasses after the legs and wings and breast is removed and whats left has muscle bone etc far more than a doc Quote Link to post
allenyeates 3
I chuck any carcasses in whole, guts and all. Same as that, In the wild polecats catch whole carcasses guts and all.. So in my logic it,s got to be the best way to feed ferrets. That goes for kits and adults. Quote Link to post
