Aussie ferreting

Just want a bit of info on Australian ferreting, Which time of year do they go ferreting, and where abouts in Australia do people ferret like are some parts better for ferreting than others, and do you have any predators such as snakes that live down the warrens.

Haha you brought the rotten spade and I am pleased to say I am going to invest in a nice new spade this season, so you don't need to bring one.

and no I am just curious as I know they do it out their but theirs not much info on it.
