I am looking to try a fox call. I have used a technique I was showed which involves sucking air through pursed lips on the back of my hand. I find this difficult to get consistently and although it has proved useful and works at shorter ranges I wanted to try a call.

I have found one that is well reviewed, but can't work out if 'Foxcalluk', or 'Fox caller' is actually the original, or if the are both exactly the same:

Are the Lohman, or Acme calls any good, or is there another good brand?

Any comments/advice welcomed.

iv used these type with very good results but you will allways get times when no matter what, they not going to come in on it,pays to have a pocket full of different types jmo

I have to agree with Watchman on this one,If a fox IS going to come in to a call, most decent calls will do the job, however if foxy says no then no matter what call you have it wont change his mind. The most obvious reason for this is he has been called before and spooked.
