Guest Jane Russell
I do not appreciate your budgie swooping on my terrier. Not a good idea to fly it over a public footpath til it knows its foxes and rabbits from its Jack Russells! All that aside ... beautiful bird, very impressive ... but not that close please Jane Quote Link to post

Game bird though, my hawk can't tell the difference between my patterdale and a crow, can't blame him they're both black. Quote Link to post
Guest Jane Russell
Not so game after I yelled at it and lashed out with my free arm. I'm trying to work out what it was. I should know, I saw it so close to but I've never paid much attention to birds of prey. Jane Quote Link to post

Guest Jane Russell
After a little investigation it seems likely it was a Harris Hawk as the bloke in Bargoed who has one was out on the weekend. Jane Quote Link to post
