It takes guts to admit to suffering or sufferd from depresion as a lot think its a sighn of weakness and i bet theirs a dam sight more people have sufferd it but havent had the guts to admit it and the amount of hunters and dog men who i have heard of commiting suicide over the years makes you wonder if they could have talked things through they would be here today.atb dell

lurchergrrl 1,441
When I was younger and I felt down or like I was struggling, I used to think the world was ending. How could I go on? What's the point? And believe me I've had some damn rough patches. Just like most folks have. As I've got older, when I'm feeling down or I'm struggling, I look back at those hard times and think to myself, the point is ... all the good times in between. The point is living life. It can't all be sweetness and light, and the hard times help us to appreciate the good ones even more. Chin up Snappy, you're not alone

FightTheBan 1,147
Things could always be worse. Try to be optimistic and concentrate on the good things. Spend more time with friends and family. Got outdoors relax and enjoy yourself. This may be terrible advice but I've never felt as bad as you obviously do, and I'm a fsairly easy going guy. Hope all goes well with whatever you are going through. Sorry for the spelling, I'm trying to get the hang of this blackberry thing! Lol ATB FTB
Simoman 110
Keep your chins up, we all go through shit times and some are so bad you can't see anyway it will get better but it does. Keeps your friends close and f**k the rest, there are many sheep in wolves clothing out there. One thing I leanrnt the hard way was not everyone shares your values and sense of decency.
