wheaton grey or deer grey?

I find it supriseing peoples obsesions with one cross type lurchers [bANNED TEXT] out of the two imho a cross between a grey/deerhound back to a wheaten/grey would produce offspring that were more versatile in the allround lurcher stakes than their f1x parents.

i am well up for that but the lighly hood of that cross coming up is not that good is it ? i know you can wait a long time for a good dog but i am just at the stage of experementing with the crosses we think will work we all make our own mistakes but destiny will provide the worthy hunters with the once in a life time dog

I cant speak for wheaton crosses as i have never had one but the deerhound hybreds [bANNED TEXT] crossed with other hybreds like grey/collies and grey/beddys can in some cases make that once in a life time dog.atb dell

20 mins after posting this topic i took the dogs for a walk n my bedy whip caught his dick in barb wire fell to the ground good 30cm strech ran over sorted it fast as poss i am hoping this boy will be a good un boxed a very lg rabbit in the field day before but still after a good pall to sort the bigger rabbits

I mean about my bitch havin spurts of speed she is fast at the beginnin of a chAse then her stamina drops slightly but i guess it could b down to a condition she has. She is a perfect rabbitin dog tho and wrks well on and off the lamp.

Personally I would like a good deerhound cross one day but I have a wheaton and I like him even though he is only 14 months, it all depends on getting good working stock rather than the more popular shite stuff.....

personally i keep wheatan /bull/deerhound /greyhound and had few

1/2 wheatans i cudnt fault them but its al about getn stalk that hav been

proven whichn isnt easy gud luck

Well i ws thinkin of breeding my bitch for the last time but then i had second thoughts n decided it would be best to spay her. But if i had they would of been from a good workin bitch.
