lurcher lass 9 Posted June 19, 2010 Report Share Posted June 19, 2010 i knew a pure ridgeback that was a great worker for what his owner wanted it to do, i have seen a stunning half cross though never seen it work, very beautiful muscle tone nice shape too, he was black with white chest and had the ridge too, looked like a slightly heavier greyhound with increase muscle tone, very nice dog would love to see one work atb lurcher lass xx Quote Link to post

jamie1011 5 Posted June 20, 2010 Report Share Posted June 20, 2010 the problems is over here there isnt any working strains of the ridgeback and as stated the kc people here have changed the breed and ruined any strians that could of been here. most ridgebacks over here are merre shadows of what the breed is like from its origin in south africa.
