on the lamp,

we were out on the lamp tonight just for an hour or so and hoped to shoot a bit of game and give the dog a run.

very little about but we did come across this fox,i thought it was a good size dog fox so took a photo of it with my dog for scale when i got home..

this fox was a townie ive come across that pair quite a bit always in the same place and always turn round and head for the estate that neighbours the farm first sign of trouble, never been able to get within any distance to them.

to be honest i dont take that many fox out on the lamp so thought it ironic when this slippery townie came running in to the sound of this cass creek caller that id had no luck with prior elsewhere and had slagged off.

he is on the big side for the ground i hunt and can struggle at times ,stands just short of 29 inch.
