WelshDigger 0 Posted June 14, 2010 Report Share Posted June 14, 2010 I have 6 warrens i bought them point to lay and within a few days they were laying well i was having at least 5 eggs a day but knaw they have stoped laying altogether and one has gone broody and is sitting on 10 eggs under my shed. As long as your chicken lay they won't kill them but take there eggs but they will take hatchlings.. just lay a few eggs in a spot magpies and crows can't see them and count them every few days.
