depends what kinda space u got really mate. now u could go for something like

this post-46519-127628955889_thumb.jpg

whitch is 16ft long by 4ft wide and 6ft high with an extra three hutches in the roof at 4ft by 2ft by 1 1/2ft and 2 sleepers in the un painted section.

or you could buy something like

witch is 6ft long by 2ft wide and 3ft high

then u could just go for any kinda hutch aslong as you have a run of some kind for them to go in aswell.

hell no its a right pain in the ass, they crap right under the coop bit, im going to make it a bit easyer by makeing a drop down door there so i can get in, but its only temp untill i build something as big as my mates that i have put pic up of.

I would get 2 ferts mate they like a bit of company plus gives you more options for working aswell. As for the housing I would build as big as i could because u will prob end up getting a bigger team of ferts as the permission grows!!
