Beastmaster1980 40
Has anybody heard of Orijen dog food & is it any good? Its been recommended by a friend but is quite pricey, is it worth the money? What do most people feed their terriers on here to keep the weight on them. Thanks, Rich

Thanks, Rich feck me that is pricey ,about £50 a bag .if you pay about 30 abag it will be the same ingrediants and just as good . glad to see she ,s getting plenty of milage under her feet .and if she,s not holding her weight its probs because of how fit she is mate ,wouldnt worry to much better than being fat and over weight ..little bitch seen her first red last night and was in like a shot for a good rag
Hannah4181 260
I've heard really good reports about the food. . . . . . however it advertises itself as a kibble version of the Barf diet. . . . imo the Barf diet can not be reproduced in a kibble, meat content yes, but the bones and the benefits they contribute to a dog nutritionally can not be matched. Can't help but think the hefty price tag is down to the raw feeding equivalent claim. There is a company called "barking heads" . . . they are a team of people who having worked for Orijen, decided they could do a better job themselves. Again i've heard nothing but excellent reports on the food. I think it retails at a lower price as well, for similar quality.
bedrock 16
Iv used it for pups and they did well on it. But I was given two bags I wouldn’t buy the stuff Its costs too much. I think Hannah is Wright its not as good a raw and its less cost affective.
