stubby 175
you go from colour to sex hobs work fine together in winter months, or use castrated hobs in summer Quote Link to post
lamping rabbit 11
black eyed white jills 4 me... Quote Link to post
watchman 256
have only ever used jills, the hobs i have are a bit to big for my liking, doesn't matter about colour as i work a lot of golf courses although albino show up very well in heavy cover when exiting the warren, don't think there is a hard and fast rule,as long as its good for the job Quote Link to post
The one 8,463
I usually take out four to six jills for a days ferreting Quote Link to post
max abell 196
We work 10 jills of various colours and 1 white vasectomised hob they all work well if i had to pick only one colour and sex i would prefere the white jills only because they are easier to see in heavy cover etc this is an age old question that nobody can really answer for you its something that is a personal prefrence and you will find your own prefrence in time but dont be put off by ferrets colour or sex good bloodlines is the most important GOOD LUCK MATE Quote Link to post
