Only had one coffee and i come across this gggggggrrrrrrrrrr Go buy a budgie

great pics mate what else was in the dog?

i have been pondering wether wippet and collie should be in the breeding of a dog. i meen i see no real need for both

the whippit brings speed mate, so what you get there is a dog with speed and brains :big_boss:

IMHO going on f1x collie/grey i had and alot more i have seen a genuine f1x whippet/collie you would be chancing on a small heavy dog that might in some cases might not be pacey enough for short sharp fast runs on rabbits and imo its the reason the beddy/whippet is a lot more popular as they throw lighter more sharper lurchers but saying that the collie and the whippet are good ingrediants in the make up of agood rabbiting dog but not imo in the form of a f1x whippet/collie.

that x of collie /whippet, was common x in the 50s when ferreting was very common a very handy x for the bunnies, one of my best bitches was collie/whippet x with a top greyhound, she only stood 23" she could hunt a field as good as any springer spaniel, do her job and carry back to Hand, on sheep netting fences, she would nose the Hare through the wire, jump over the fence, and pull the Hare or rabbit through, a very very clever bitch, a real pot filler,
