witton 6 Posted November 16, 2006 Report Share Posted November 16, 2006 My bitch caught her first run of the night from a 100 yard slip :11: Only got 3 slips, there was nothing about except for hares. Ill be out tonight aswell to hopefull do better Im not botherd about numbers but i want her to catch to build her confidence up. 99% of her runs are from at least 100 yards slip because the rabbits are very lamp shy, its does nothing for her confidence Its got to be frustrateing for her hardly catching anything, and it is starting to show Her staying power isnt what it used to be David Quote Link to post

FERRETBOY 680 Posted November 17, 2006 Report Share Posted November 17, 2006 i think im a little late out of 8oclock but managed to catch the one rabbit after i said yesterday ill make up forit tonight because of the crap night yesterday.we saw it squatting in the field so i slipped bramble,she done her usual stalk and then it rose and headed for a disused barn but bram soon was behind it and picked it up on the run after a 20yrd course.that was the only rabbit we saw all night and so headed home with just the one. sorry about pic quality good hunting rew Quote Link to post
